Halifax’s sprawling bluegrass band The Moonshine Ramblers (along with Tom Terrell and three quarters of The Modern Grass Quartet) rambled into town at the last minute. Quebec’s cancellation was our benefit, as they stopped into CHSR to talk bluegrass, shifting instruments, reggae and bluegrass — and play unstoppable music.
