We had the pleasure of chatting with Matt Johnson of the Fredericton Community Bicycle Organization (FCBO). The FCBO hopes to build a welcoming community for information about “utility cycling” — getting on your bike as the way to get from here to there, an alternative to cars, buses or walking.
