Surrounded for the last couple of years by increasing numbers of celebrations (under the umbrella of <a title=\"Check out the 100+ events over 4 weekends!\" href=\"http:\/\/frostival.ca\">Frostival<\/a>), the Shivering Songs festival still manages to shine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brendan McGee<\/strong> joined me by phone today.
