Today’s guest in the first half of the Lunchbox was Keith Lyons, author of the Children’s book ‘Alex’s Perfect Fish’, which is his second children’s book.<\/p>\n

Keith is well known in the local community for speaking on Mental health issues and both of his books were written while in recovery. His message of “Keep going, keep trying” helps to inspire others who may have wanted to give up while dealing with their own mental health issues.<\/p>\n

‘Alex’s Perfect Fish’ was inspired by his real life friend and mentor Roy and his Son Alex.<\/p>\n
