\"LunchBox-TheMillennialDream\"<\/a>Every generation faces it’s challenges — and finds its opportunities. How do we identify this potential, and what can we do to help support great solutions?<\/em><\/p>\n

That’s the subject of a new documentary and project by Greg Hemmings<\/strong><\/a>. He’s a filmmaker in Saint John who is currently screening his film The Millennial Dream<\/strong><\/a>, which is a look at how we update the classic “American Dream” of “live, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” for the modern age. It’s also the beginning of a conversation and call to action to change how we live, work and play — how to take advantage of this generations opportunities to create and support solutions to current challenges.<\/p>\n

My guest today is Jakob Wildman-Sisk<\/strong><\/a>. He works at the Pond-Deshpande Centre at UNB<\/strong><\/a> and has contributed to the philosophical research underpinning elements of this documentary. We talk about the goals of the project, the hope of the unique situation of New Brunswick to tackle the problems, and the chance to lead in solutions.<\/p>\n
