\"LunchBox-Enbicon2016\"<\/a>The imagination is the most powerful movie studio, the most meaningful writers, the most elaborate puzzles, the most affordable entertainment generator you can have. The game’s the thing, in which I’ll catch the imagination of a King!<\/em><\/p>\n

My guests today are Julian<\/strong> and Marie<\/strong> from Enbicon<\/strong><\/a>, the region’s longest-running and largest tabletop RPG and war gaming convention. Each year, it brings people from all over for the love of the game, to challenge each other, to create tremendous stories, and to celebrate their fun. Julian<\/strong> joins me to talk about the kinds of games available this year, the return of some classic mecha [giant robot] tournaments, and the addition of a licensed area for adult gaming. Marie<\/strong> brings knowledge and a love of cosplay, with Capital Cosplay<\/strong><\/a> again returning as a joint convention, providing chances to talk about, display and create costumes.<\/p>\n

Enbicon<\/strong><\/a> will be on the weekend of September 17-18 this year, at the Capital Exhibit Centre<\/strong><\/a>. Registration for those wanting to run a game end July 29<\/a>, but player registration will run right up until the days of the convention.
