My guest today is Richard Hornsby<\/strong><\/a>, the Director of Music at UNB Musical Arts and founder of the Atlantic Sinfonia<\/strong><\/a>. This weekend, the Sinfonia will be presenting a collection of works by composers reacting to — and in some cases, not surviving — World War I, sometimes referred to as “The Great War”.\u00a0 Richard tells me a couple of the stories surrounding the music they’ll be featuring, and how music changed during and after the war.<\/p>\n

Remembering ‘The Great War’ Through Music<\/em> will take place on November 13 at 2:00pm at Memorial Hall at UNB.<\/strong><\/p>\n
