One of the people who loves theatre as much (probably more!) than me, and who certainly contributes greatly to our strong theatre scene is\u00a0<strong>Len Falkenstein<\/strong>. While his official title is &#8220;Director of Drama at UNB&#8221;, I have dubbed him &#8220;Grand Poobah of Theatre in Fredericton&#8221;. He joins me along with student actor-directors\u00a0<strong>Emily Darling<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Chris Rogers<\/strong> in the first of two interviews about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.ca\/o\/theatre-unb-31838271671?fbclid=IwAR1jZDBJJJl1GtdwnFwGN5X4O4WTxTJDDtoI1tXJ_u-e1jxBoxlflR2HL18\">Theatre UNB&#8217;s upcoming production massive of\u00a0<em>TomorrowLove<\/em><\/a>. The 15 (!) plays of this &#8220;play cycle&#8221; are being staged in two bundles starting on March 31.<\/li>\n<li>Continuing to celebrate and highlight women artists for the month, I decided to play the song <em>I&#8217;m Not A Machine\u00a0<\/em>by female-fronted band\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bloodydiamonds.bandcamp.com\/\"><strong>Bloody Diamonds<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and follow it up with the fun\u00a0<em>Jacqueline<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>from Moncton-based trio\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/leshaybabies.bandcamp.com\/\"><strong>Les Hay Babies<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unb.ca\/cel\/enrichment\/art-centre\/events.html\">The UNB Art Centre continues to release interviews <\/a><\/strong>that shine a spotlight on some of the women artists featured in the UNB Permanent Collection.
