In December of 2024 the Fredericton Police Force (FPF) announced that Francois \u201cFrank\u201d Levesque was joining the FPF as their new Deputy Chief of Police Strategy and Administration. The Deputy Chief sat down this week for a conversation with CHSR about his new role.<\/p>\n

Deputy Chief Levesque has served as a police officer in various roles for 22 years, including experience in intelligence operations and as a special investigator with the RCMP.<\/p>\n

After taking his new position at the FPF in January 2025, Deputy Chief Levesque said he intends to work closely with the rest of the FPF\u2019s leadership structure, noting that his top priority is \u201cgetting to know people\u201d and implementing technological advancements that make officers\u2019 daily tasks easier.<\/p>\n
