CHSR Show Renewal Form
This is the Program Proposal Renewal Form for programs on the campus-based community radio station CHSR97.9 FM, location in the Student Union Building on UNB campus in Fredericton, NB, Canada.Find out more about the station at http://chsrfm.ca .

This form is for current station members ONLY. Non-members will NOT be considered. For syndication of radio programming, please contact the Program Director at ProgramDirector@chsrfm.ca .

You should fill out this form if you have a show that is returning for a new season (fall, spring or summer). This is NOT the form for new shows! If you are creating a new show, please fill out the form at this link: http://chsrfm.ca/newshow

By filling out this form, you are making a pledge to produce the program on a regular basis to the best of your ability, and complying with all the rules, regulations and requirements as laid out in our guidelines.

All show proposals and renewals are examined by the Programming Committee and the Station Manager for approval. While the renewal of a proven show gives considerable weight, there is no guarantee that the show will be approved.

Do you have show artwork? *
Artwork should be 1400x1400 pixels. This will be included for posts, on your page on the website, on posters, handouts and in features. You should have artwork; if you do not have artwork, something basic may be made for you.
Do you have a show promo? *
Promos are short ads (30-45 seconds) which can run at any time of day, and are used to promote your show to the audience. You should have a promo; even a basic promo is better than no promo at all.
