\"In<\/a>Ever since Facebook hit our streets in 2003, social media now pervades all areas of culture and pop-culture. Because we have become so immersed in it in such a short amount of time, it seems that the issue of social media has become an uncontrolled experiment on us, and especially, our youth.<\/p>\n

In this episode, Clarence Adviceme, a social psychologist is interviewed in the “Investing In Texting” forum In The Know. Both the pros and cons of social media in Canada are brought up with a compelling CBC news article exposing the negative effects on our youth from excess amounts of time on social media devices.<\/p>\n
