Many of us struggle a lot of the time, but it can feel like we are alone, like we are the only ones with issues.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s not true: you are <em>not<\/em> alone.<\/p>\n<p>Three years ago, students at UNB organized a campaign called <a href=\"http:\/\/mydefinition.ca\"><strong>#MyDefinition<\/strong><\/a>. It sought to de-stigmatize talking about mental health issues by showing their fellow students that their peers also faced mental health issues &#8212; but they didn&#8217;t let it <em>define<\/em> them.<\/p>\n<p>This past weekend, the third <a href=\"http:\/\/mydefinition.ca\"><strong>#MyDefinition<\/strong><\/a> was kicked off by a celebration and heartfelt speeches. I captured those and present them today as part of the show.<\/p>\n<p>Music today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We look up music at <a href=\"https:\/\/thereferencedesk.bandcamp.com\/\"><strong>The Reference
