\"LunchBox-DeepFreeze-FallsBrook\"<\/a>One of the hottest debated topics these days involves the question: when does weather<\/strong> become climate<\/strong>?<\/em><\/p>\n

We’ve seen a lot of extreme weather happenings in recent years, all over the world but especially right at home. People are not only starting to pay attention, but there is a resurgence of interest in trying to work with the world, trying to live in a harmonious and sustainable way.<\/p>\n

My guests today reflect this question, from observation of from action. My first guest is John MacIntyre<\/strong>, the author of the new book Deep Freeze: Winter 2015<\/strong><\/a>. This book chronicles the extraordinary winter we experienced at the beginning of this year, including many anecdotes and photos from all over the Maritimes.<\/p>\n

My second guest is Sahil Chiani<\/strong> of the Falls Brook Centre<\/strong><\/a>, an organization dedicated to helping educate and encourage people about sustainable agriculture, inner peace and renewable energy, among many other things. The Falls Brook Centre<\/strong> recently opened up a new satellite office at The Ville<\/strong><\/a>, and are currently building their resources on their own land in West Glassville..<\/p>\n
