\"LunchBox-KevinBelyea-DavidInTheDark\"<\/a>Ever looked at the act on stage and thought: “They’re cool. I’d like to join them.”?<\/em><\/p>\n

Kevin Belyea<\/strong> did. He was impressed by the early version of the band David in the Dark<\/strong><\/a>, and now plays guitar in the band. He joined me today to talk about the origins of the band, their recent “trial tour” across Quebec and Montreal, and their upcoming album release, “Fire”.<\/p>\n

I featured two songs by David in the Dark<\/strong> around the interview: Slap Happy<\/em>, which comes from their debut EP<\/strong><\/a> last year, and the single release Rooftop<\/em> from their new album Fire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
