During the summer, the Fredericton Arts Alliance<\/strong><\/a> brings a pair of artists together in the Barracks to practice their art for all to see. These artists come from a wide variety of disciplines, from painting and sculpture to basket-weaving and writing. As each pair of artists comes in, we’ll be talking to them on the Lunchbox.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

My guest today is Abby Paige<\/strong><\/a>, poet and playwright originally from Vermont and now living in Fredericton. She’s looking to capture the smallest moments in poetry, and the biggest of questions of identity in plays. She is currently in the Barracks asking people about the history, meaning and implications of the familiar designation, “come-from-away”, and turning the dialogue into theatre.<\/p>\n
