It’s always a good day when more theatre appears in town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My guests today are figures you should be familiar with, having widely acted in local theatre productions and having been involved in a wide variety of roles connected to the dramatic arts. Jason McIntyre <\/strong>(The Third Man\/producer) and Alex McAllister <\/strong>(director\/co-producer) have joined forces to create the brand-new Smugglers Theatre<\/a><\/strong> theatre company, and are embarking on their first production Paula Vogel’s The Baltimore Waltz<\/em>. Also joining us well-known actor\/producer\/organizer Alex Rioux <\/strong>(Carl), who was hand-picked for a role in this play, as well as organizing the upcoming annual Plain Site Theatre Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Baltimore Waltz<\/strong><\/em> runs November 10, 11, and 12 at 7pm nightly at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre<\/strong>. Advanced tickets are now on sale.<\/a><\/p>\n
