Sometimes, things have to be broken down to their essential bits in order to really understand them — even if it doesn’t reflect anything recognizable.
My guest today is abstract artist Jennifer Lee Wiebe. Her most recent exhibition, Abstracts 1-12, opens this week on Friday, May 25 at 5pm at the UNB Art Centre. She joins me to talk about her appreciation of abstract art, her hoarding of paint-by-number artwork, and how those things came together to make this exhibition.
