For the past 4 years, the cold weather has brought with it a new feature: a varied festival of folk, folk rock and rock in several locations around the city. This year’s Shivering Songs festival proves to be every bit as great as previous years. Zach Atkinson joined us over the phone to talk about organizing the festival, his band reunion for Share, and strategies to make it to almost every show.
