There are so many rewards to planting a garden, not least of which is having something to eat from it in the end.
My guest today is Aiden Pluta, the garden coordinator for the Campus Food Strategy Group at UNB. He joins me to talk about the new Campus Community Garden which is opening up this summer. We talk about food sustainability, the zen of gardening, and how you make a change in the world that also benefits the individual through gardening.
Plots are available for reservation now for students, staff and faculty at UNB. Contact the Campus Food Strategy Group for more information.
