One of the most fundamental forms of music that mankind has is the human voice. Something so simple as people harmonizing well is still a great entertainment, as the a capella musical group Cadence can demonstrate. They recently played a show at Memorial Hall here on UNBF campus, and I was lucky enough to catch up with Cadence-member Carl Berger by phone before the show. We talk about how he found himself in an all-vocal group that’s been going strong for over a decade, what the music means to him, and what the music can mean to us all.
