Some people are all heart — or maybe all lungs. Gilles Francoeur suffered a serious injury 17 years ago, but he always told himself that he would get back on his bike and take to the road in his personal challenge of riding around the entire province.
Gilles is about to set off on his “vélotour“, a 1500+ km bike ride around the province, and he’s raising money for the NB Lung Association. We talked about the passion of the cycle, what it takes to ride for 5-7 hours a day, and how he’s going to be taking the world with him. (The interview itself begins at 35:46.)
