What does the university experience mean to you?
To most, it’s much more than just academics; it’s also about finding out about yourself, trying new things, and finding new friends.
But how do you find new people? One solution is to join a club or a society, much like a “Greek Letter Society”, one referred to as “fraternities” or “sororities”.
My first guest today are Leigh-Anne from the Pi Alpha Gamma sorority and Kaley from the Psi Lambda Phi fraternity. This is one of their recruitment periods, so they dropped by to talk to me about what these societies are, what they do, and a little about the misconceptions that people still have about their activities.
My second guests are Alex and Barry from the Imaginary Circumstances Theatre Company. We chat about the origins of their company, their hopes, dreams, plans and celebrate the theatre in the city. They have a new show, a musical (“The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”) coming up in April, but auditions start this Sunday!
