There’s nothing quite listening to a live musical performance that you’ve never heard before.
My guest today was Richard Hornsby. He is (among many things) the Director of Music at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton and Co-Founder and Artistic Director of the New Brunswick Summer Music Festival. He joins me to talk broadly about the experience of music, both from a performance and from an audience perspective, and about the selection of Latin American composers he has curated for the upcoming Festival.
The New Brunswick Summer Music Festival runs from July 29 to August 11 in Memorial Hall and Officer’s Square.
