There are multiple levels of government, each with their own goals, domains and financial responsibilities. Sometimes, however, they appear at loggerheads when it comes to important issues.
My guest today is Shelley Petit, Chair of the New Brunswick Coalition of Persons with Disabilities (NBCPD). She joins me to reflect on the recently announced federal budget, particularly where it makes promises (or omits) with respect to those who have the greatest needs.
