There are thousands of people in our community — and many of them are creative types, artists in many media. Stefan Westner is a great example, a visual artist producing great public-facing art (the mural near the Capital) as well as more intimate mixed-media collages. He sat down with Cedric and I to talk about his commissioned work, his personal work, and the hope to live as an artist full-time.
