Mark and I sat down with Jeff Patch and Lisa LeBlanc from the local Fredericton band Free to Grow. We discussed their new EP Arisen and their live album that will be released later this year. We also chatted about the origins of the band and how they go about writing and recording songs.
Free to Grow will be performing at the Tipsy Muse Café Friday June 23rd at 7pm.
