Saturday we had an event to raise money for CHSR’s FunDrive at the Wilsler’s room. That’s a nice spot in the Capital Complex. It’s a cozy room with really nice acoustics, decent bar prices, and a nice layout for performers and spectators. I think the only odd part is that the entrance is on the side of the stage, but that became a source for fun.
Scheduled to play were Logan Colter, Brydon Crain, and Josh Bravener, but we had a fun change in plans as the first act was Logan Colter who was joined by 2 members of The Creaks. Second was Brydon Crain, then Kurtis Eugene popped on stage for 2 songs, and Josh Bravener was last.
It was a lot of fun, good music, and CHSR did well in fundraising. Thank you everyone who came out, everyone who volunteered, and to all of the musicians that donated their performance, you guys rock.
