Perhaps they should realize that it is as much a journey as it is a destination. In the first half of today’s show, Kenya Marcelline explores the fun an energetic environments of Fredericton’s fitness scene, and talks to a zumbaholic, a cardio tennis master and yogis.

And in the second half, Brittany Lively takes a closer look at the calm and relaxing world of yoga, trying to answer the question: “Is yoga a really peaceful way to de-stress your life — or is it just a boring activity that ‘lazy’ people consider exercise?”
