The Circus is back in town! No, it’s not that kind of circus, it’s the Shifty Bits Circus II: The Bits Is Back, a collection of over 30 bands and artists performing shows (both known and secret) all over Fredericton on the coming weekend. Cedric (aka “Sneaky C”) and I spoke with Penelope (of the Shifty Bits Cult and Motherhood) about the start of the Cult, the experience of this growing festival, and the desire to keep the great artists in the are.
