Most of us struggle from time to time. Many of us struggle a lot of the time, but it can feel like we are alone, like we are the only ones with issues.
That’s not true: you are not alone.
Three years ago, students at UNB organized a campaign called #MyDefinition. It sought to de-stigmatize talking about mental health issues by showing their fellow students that their peers also faced mental health issues — but they didn’t let it define them.
This past weekend, the third #MyDefinition was kicked off by a celebration and heartfelt speeches. I captured those and present them today as part of the show.
