Episode #45! Keep on listening! In a few weeks on Episode #50, we’ll have on the creator of The Crazy Train, Mr. Andre Faust! Andre will be bringing some super classic Metal along with him, it will be a show, not to be missed as the ‘Buzz Man’ and I go back in time with Mr. Faust to talk about the origins of the Crazy Train!

On Episode #45 of The Crazy Train in Hour I, The ‘Buzz Man’ and I played a brand new track from Local Indie Metaller Jake Duffie as well as Abysseral Throne, HLR, Last Call Chernobyl, Enemy Designed, Orchids Curse and we dug out some ancient Fredericton Indie Metal from Holy Order which had HLR guitarist Tim Gorman on the Axe of doom!

 

In Hour II: We heard some GHOST + News of their upcoming release of their 3rd album due to be released in mid -August , AMEN, Probot, Faith No More, Napalm Death off their latest release ‘Apex Predator’!

Lots of great local shows coming up, Vesperia is in town on June 13th with Siegebreaker, Mindless Viscosity and Vicious.

On June 26th DO NOT miss the ‘Schools Out Forever’ 6 band extravaganza at the Charlotte St. Arts Center with great bands featuring:

I wont be on next weeks Train as I’ll be in Saint John at the National College Radio Conference, but Steve will be at the controls and I believe he’ll be having on the Brothers Monteith with news on the Schools Out Forever bash!

Samoa Joe/ROH Update

After ROH and Destination America announced their television deal yesterday, there were questions abound pertaining to Samoa Joe and his ability/inability to work subsequent ROH television tapings. Against the Mat reached out to ROH COO Joe Koff for comment earlier today, and received the following response: “As far as we are concerned  all  will go as planned with Samoa Joe. While I am not anticipating anything to change, it could be possible.”

TNA Re-Signs Tag Team

TNA Wrestling has re-signed former TNA Tag Team Champions, Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards, collectively known as “The Wolves”. The Wolves are currently scheduled to face “The Dirty Heels” (Bobby Roode & Austin Aries) in the final match of a best of five series for the tag team titles at the Slammiversary PPV on June 28th. The news was broken by TNA executive John Gaburick on Twitter.
