Ratchet and Clank Review
Story: The famous lombax (Ratchet) and his trusty robot (Clank) sidekick are back on the PS4.With a re-imagining of a game that is based on the up and coming movie which is based on a game. You start out as just Ratchet on planet Valdin and you attempt to try out for the intergalactic ranger’s protector of the Solana Galaxy. You become part of the intergalactic ranger crew hoping to be the next big hero as you try to take down the evil Drek.
Gameplay: Ratchet and clank is an action platformer that is out of this world from the art style to the weapons. I loved blasting enemies with every futuristic weapon I had while flying around with my jet pack and exploring the beautiful colorful planets. There is nothing cooler then sliding on the rails in Ratchet and Clank or competing in the hover board races.
Conclusion: Ratchet and Clank is a game that is not to be missed on the ps4. Whether you’re a new comer to the series or a longtime fan of the series it will provide a challenge which was great because it took me back to the ps2 days when games were still quite challenging. This game is Fun, Beautiful, Funny and Action packed it’s a game the whole family can enjoy.
Score 9.5/10 A MUST BUY!!!
Good Job Insomniac Games and Playstation.

Sometimes, you hit upon a hell of a good story..
My guest today is Marc Bragdon, a local musician with a passion to create story-driven alternative rock. His latest project is called Young Satan In Love, a rock-opera about the trials and tribulations of a high-school of angels from a devilish point of view. Episode 1 has just released, combining a music track with a story track. Several more episodes will be appearing, one every two weeks. We chat about his vision for this project, how it was accidentally inspired by Goethe, and how Satan makes an interesting character to explore.

We are the stories we tell ourselves — and our kids. Let’s make them good ones!
A very full episode today, with two interviews!
First up, Sarah Beth Shiplett from UNB’s Music on the Hill joins me to talk about the last show of their season, a multimedia performance Bedtime Stories. It combines children’s books produced through UNB’s Early Education program with music, animation and live reading. The show comes up on this Sunday, April 17 at 2pm at Memorial Hall. We also take a brief glimpse at next year’s program.
And then I’m joined by Sarah and Flynn of Panda Bee Catastrophe, a local band with a political and social motivation. We chatted about how the band came to be, the upcoming 420 Fundraiser show, and their efforts to crowdfund their first album.

What does “experimental music” mean to you?
Music is an ever-changing medium, an incredibly diverse set of tools to create expressions that have never been heard before, but which might either resemble the past or re-invent it. My guests today are Adam and Kiersten from Whoop-Szo. They’re artists-in-residence for the upcoming Flourish festival, and about to experience four days of music integration at the Greville Music Tapes Club. We talked experimental music, the reflection of the changing project, the meaning of some of their music and the use of music to outreach to aboriginal people.
Catch Whoop-Szo at the Capital on April 14 at 9:30pm, or during the Flourish Festival.

There are many paths to writing. Some just do it, and hope that their experience tells them enough to make the words work. Others go the academic route, intensely learning all about the structure and practice of writing and then throw their words through these filters.
My guests today are Alex and Steve, two MA students at UNB who are also story editors with QWERTY Magazine, a literary magazine with long history produced at UNB. They’re here to talk about the upcoming QWERTY Reads event at the Wilser’s Room on Thursday, April 14 at 7:30pm — but we end up talking a lot about the process of earning your MA, where academic writing meets creative passion, and different routes to producing your masterpiece.

MLB 16 The Show Review
The Show is back for another installment but it was my first introduction in to the beloved sports franchise. Going in to The Show I had no idea what to expect but this game pleasantly surprised me. Once I started playing i could not put the controller down I wouldint end my gameplay sessions till late hours in the night. I loved playing as my created character in the Road To The Show Mode rising through the minors of AA,AAA and getting through to the majors and playing for the Toronto Blue Jays. In the Road to the show I felt like I was the one who took on the responsibility of carrying my team to win. When I hit well my team did well if I missed one play on the field the other team would score alot of runs.
The Graphics were another thing on this that really amazed me on this game. It was the best graphics I have seen in a Base Ball game to date. What took some getting use to was the swing timing but after a while I was able to get the hang of it.
If your a baseball fan then this game is the game for you!!!.
On my rating scale this is a GO OUT AND GET IT NOW!!! kind of game
