The Lunchbox Interview: Jean Surrette (Festival 506)

Posted on 2017-10-10 by encaf1 Posted in The Lunchbox

Despite all that the Internet brings, when it comes to music, there is nothing like being there in person, and discussing it in person.

My guest today is Jean Surrette, the Executive Director of Music NB, which is organizing a grand festival and conference of music called Festival 506. He joins me to talk about the great opportunities for musicians, fans and industry professionals from across the province to gather together to celebrate, network, learn and appreciate.

Festival 506 is happening from October 12 to 15 in Moncton. Find out more at the MusicNB website, and pick up your passport and tickets there.

Discosure: Festival 506 has been a sponsor of The Lunchbox for the last two weeks, but it would have been celebrated here in any case.

ParaPhrasing – PROF Interviews Chip Coffey

Coffey Talk with Chip CoffeyPROF Interviews Chip Coffey

Para-celebrity Chip Coffey is back on the road throughout Canada with his Coffey Talk Tour. Best known for his appearances on A&E’s Paranormal State and as a mentor on Psychic Kids, Chip’s claims of mediumship and being able to connect with those who are deceased is a welcomed thought from attendees seeking advice or grieving a loss, and is also intriguing to the curious.

Chip Coffey takes some time before embarking on his Canadian tour to speak with PROF about how these group events work, what you can expect, and briefly about working on Paranormal State and Psychic Kids.

ParaPhrasing – Meet PROF!

Posted on 2017-10-03 by Bondo Posted in ParaPhrasing

If there’s something strange, in you neighborhood,ParaPhrasing
Who you gonna call?

Not us. Well, you could. I guess.

We’re PROF, Paranormal Researchers Of Fredericton! Our goal is to research and document paranormal phenomena. What’s different about us is that we always try to determine if the reported activity can be explained naturally.

Established in 2009, PROF members include Marvin, John, and Erin. 3 individuals with completely different backgrounds ranging from sciences, engineering, journalism, and military. One has spirituality ingrained in their cultural beliefs, one grew up having paranormal encounters in their home, and one is still looking to experience their first “something”. Together, we’re a team of healthy skeptics and search for that one case that can’t be explained.

PROF is open to hearing your personal experiences and always ensure the client’s total confidentially. We would love for you to share your experience on our podcast as well. Contact us through on Facebook, Twitter, or email PROFparanormal[at]hotmail.com

Listen in to this episode where we discuss who we are as a paranormal research team and then mention some of our most memorable moments. Afterwards we include a few potential EVP’s mentioned throughout the show toward the end of the show.

Welcome back to ParaPhrasing!
